Buffalo Chicken Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients
– 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
– 1 (1-ounce) ranch dressing packet
– ¾ cup Buffalo sauce
– 3 ounces blue cheese crumbles
– 15 ounces ricotta cheese
– 1 pound oven-ready lasagna noodles
– 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

Directions
1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F.
2. Prepare the Baking Dish: Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
3. Mix Chicken Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, ranch dressing packet, and Buffalo sauce using tongs.
4. Prepare Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, mix together blue cheese, ricotta cheese, and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
5. Assemble the Lasagna:
– Spread ½ of the chicken mixture at the bottom of the baking dish.
– Top with 4 oven-ready lasagna noodles.
– Cover with ½ of the ricotta cheese mixture.
– Repeat layers: another ½ of the chicken mixture, another 4 lasagna noodles, and the remaining ricotta mixture.
– Finish with a top layer of lasagna noodles and 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese.
6. Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
