Apple-Glazed Pork Chops
Ingredients:

- – 2 tablespoons olive oil
- – Salt and pepper to taste
- – 2 apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- – 1/2 cup apple cider or apple juice
- – 1/4 cup brown sugar
- – 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- – 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary)
- – 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped (or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme)
- – 1 tablespoon butter
