Slow Cooker Sticky Honey Chicken

NOTE- If doubling chicken, double everything but the soy sauce or it does over power the chicken.

We used self raising flour to coast chicken which we think is what gives it the battered look. If you like your honey chicken very sweet and more the colour of this picture use a little less soy and 2 more tablespoons of honey and brown sugar.

All slow cookers are different and cook at different heats, if you can, stay close by to keep an eye on it to see what time cooking suits your slow cooker. You will know when it’s the right amount of “sticky”.
