INGREDIENTS
2 cups cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
¾ – 1 cup sugar
(preferred sweetness)
3 eggs
pinch of salt
½ cup melted margarine
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup milk
METHOD
Beat eggs, sugar & vanilla essence till light & fluffy then add in melted baking margarine & mix well.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
Add dry ingredients into egg mixture alternate with milk.
Bake at 180°c preheated oven for 20 minutes or until inserted skewer comes out clean.
