- 1 lb. Ground beef
- 1 Large egg
- ½ Onion (Chopped finely)
- ¼ cup Seasoned bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 Package of refrigerated mashed potatoes
- 8 oz. Sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 Tbsp. All purpose flour
- 2 cup Beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
