Sliced and peeled potatoes 4 or 5 leaves of parsley (for garnish, if desired) Dear Sir/Madam,
Get the ingredients ready: Mince garlic, slice potatoes, cube carrots and tomatoes, and chop onion.
Temper ground beef: Brown the ground beef after sautéing the onion in olive oil. Garnish with a pinch of chili powder, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Garlic, carrot, tomato, and frozen peas should be stirred into the stock before adding the veggies. Add vegetable stock and thicken with flour; simmer for five to seven minutes.

Before layering the potatoes and ground beef mixture, prepare the baking dish by greasing it. Preheat the oven to preheat. Top layer seasoning.
After 30 minutes in the oven with the lid on, uncover and continue baking for another 15 to 20 minutes, or until potatoes are soft.
Arrange the parsley as a garnish before serving.
