Prepare the fruits:

Peel and segment the tangerines.
Peel and slice the kiwis.
Peel and chop the persimmons.
Peel and segment the grapefruit.
Core and chop the apple.
Peel and slice the banana.

Prepare the Agar-Agar mixture:
In a small bowl, mix 8 grams of agar-agar with 50 ml of water.
Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring until the agar-agar is completely dissolved.

Mix the dairy products:
In a saucepan, heat 350 ml of milk over medium heat.
Add 200 grams of condensed milk to the saucepan and cook, stirring, for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat and quickly stir in 200 grams of sour cream or yogurt until well combined.
