Ingredients
– 2 cups potatoes, cut into medium-sized cubes.
– Sumac.
-A quarter cup of mayonnaise.
– Chopped pepper (as desired).
– A quarter cup of tahini.
– 2 cups of eggplant (peeled and cut into cubes).
– 4 crushed garlic cloves.
– Finely chopped parsley, a quarter cup.
– Lemon juice (as desired).
