Grandma’s apple pie from the tray, so delicious

Ingredients
For the dough
320 g flour
120 g powdered sugar
220 g margarine
2 egg yolks
1 packet of baking powder

1 kg grated apples
120 g sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
ground cinnamon
For dusting
some powdered sugar
vanilla sugar
Preparation
First mix the flour with the baking powder, sift and add the margarine, egg yolks and powdered sugar. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
Now halve the dough. Then roll out one half on a floured work surface to the size of the tray (30X40 cm) – also form an edge.
Next, spread the apple filling (see step 5) and cover with the rest of the dough.
Now drizzle with milk, prick with a fork and put in the oven. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or as needed at 190 ° C.
