Fried Rice That’s Even Better Than Restaurant Takeout

You don’t have to place an order! This homemade fried rice is better than takeout and can be ready in just 20 minutes!

List of ingredients:

3 eggs, whisked gently

1 big carrot, peeled and cut into small pieces.

2 teaspoons of sesame oil

1 little white onion, diced

3 pieces of garlic, finely chopped

1 cup of frozen peas

3 tablespoons of butter, separated.

4 green onions cut into small pieces

1/4 cup of soy sauce (and add more if needed)

3 teaspoons of oyster sauce

4-5 cups of cooked and cold rice

Salt and pepper.
