For the Shredded Chicken:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup cream of chicken soup
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Mashed Potatoes:
4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
½ cup milk
4 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Mashed Potato
In a large pot, boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.
Add milk, butter, salt, and pepper to the potatoes. Mash until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning as needed.
