Ingredients
1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
1/2 cup chopped cherries 1/2
cup pecans
1/4 cup maraschino cherries, for garnish
Chocolate Ganache, for topping

Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a medium bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into bottom of prepared pan to form crust.
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add granulated sugar and vanilla extract and beat until well-blended.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in sour cream, heavy cream, and melted chocolate chips until smooth and well-combined.
Fold in chopped cherries and pecans.
Pour filling over crust in springform pan.
