Cheese (any type, except processed)
Instructions:
Prepare the Batter:
In a mixing bowl, beat the
eggs.
Add milk and water to the
eggs, mixing well.
Stir in the sugar.
Add yeast and baking soda, stirring to combine.
Gradually incorporate the flour, mixing to avoid lumps.
Add salt and continue mixing until you achieve a smooth batter.
Let the batter rest for 15-20 minutes to rise.
