INGREDIENTS:
For sandwiches:
White bread: 4 slices
Beefsteak tomato: 1 large
Dukes Mayo (to taste): 2-4 tablespoons
Kosher salt
Pepper This The recipe makes 2 sandwiches
INSTRUCTIONS:
To start the recipe, cut the tomatoes into thick slices; put aside.
Then spread mayonnaise on each piece of bread.
Make sure the tomato slices are placed on the same layer of bread. Then you can sprinkle plenty of salt and black pepper on it.
At this stage you will want to put the last piece of bread on top to make your sandwich.
