• 4-5 dashes of hot sauce
• 1/2 C. all purpose flour
• 1 tsp. cornstarch
• 5-6 chicken legs

• 1 T. pickle juice
• 1 C. buttermilk
• 1 T. veg. oil
• 1 T. butter
