Filet Mignon with Shrimp and Lobster Cream Sauce
Ingredients:
4 filet mignon steaks (6-8 oz each)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup lobster meat, chopped (or substitute with extra shrimp)
1 tbsp butter
1 small shallot, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup white wine
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
