One pound of ground beef is required.
1 big onion, about 1 cup of chopped onion
half a teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
Bisquick mix, 1/2 cup
measuring one cup of milk
two big eggs.
Instructions:
Bring the oven temperature up to 400°F, or 200°C. Before you begin, grease a pie dish that is 9 inches in diameter.
Break up the meat as it cooks and brown it and sauté the onion until soft in a pan over medium heat. Skim off any extra fat. Blend in the salt.
Evenly distribute the meat mixture into the pie pan. Top with the crumbled cheddar cheese.
