Red Velvet Honeybun with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Icing

For the Honeybun:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp red food coloring
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
For the Cinnamon Cream Cheese Icing:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2-3 tbsp milk
