• 1 1/2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce

• 2 teaspoons salt

• 2 tablespoons black pepper (divided)

• 2 cups all-purpose flour

• 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

• Vegetable oil (for frying, about 3 cups)
